Justin Daily Swampscott, MA, USA
T-10, June 1996
My son, Justin Daily, was in a car accident in June of 1996. The accident left him with a T-10 complete SCI.
Justin was young and full of life and was determined that this "little setback" would not keep him from going to college and continuing to live his life to its fullest capacity.
He flew through rehab where his nurses and therapists were all amazed with his progress and his determination to understand all that he needed in order to be able to live his life independently. He was ready to go away to college in January 1997, 6 months after his car accident.
Justin has made living his life as a t-10 paraplegic seem like "no big deal". He takes all of the adversity in stride and realizes the importance of always going forward.
10 years after his car accident, Justin has 2 college degrees and a successful career. He has been a constant source of strength for his whole family.
