Travis was injured following a dirt bike accident. His neck was broken but the doctors said he would be fine, and soon be back to his normal life. Unfortunately, an error took place during surgery and he was paralyzed. Travis has daily struggles and wants so much to walk but, more importantly, wishes he could have the use of his fingers. He is fortunate to have many blessings that often overshadow his paralysis, but it's tough and he's waiting for a cure. He's been the love of my life for over 16 years. I will continue to love, support and care for him as long as necessary, but I too long for a cure!
