C-5 Incomplete Asia B, August 2003

My story began August 10, 2003. My girlfriend, at that time, and I were traveling on beltway and we were hit by a tractor trailer. Only thing is that it was a hit and run. That's right the person kept going. I was the passenger. Fortunately my friend did not have any injuries. Due to the accident I broke my neck. Right now I train four days a week. Every now and then I speak to children about "Never Giving Up." I've always had a positive outlook on life because life goes on. It doesn't end here for me or anybody else. My story has more chapters to be written.
