SPINAL CORD INJURY, January 2006

I was shot in the back, mid-way down the spine and almost center. The bullet lodged itself in the bone of my spine and is still there. I was shot while coming out of my girl friends apt by the other man she was seeing. I am paralyzed from my waist down. This is a traumatic experience for me that I just can't get use to. Some times I just want to give up. But then I saw a ray of hope with this stem cell research. Could this be true?
